Join Pastor Matt for God Connects

Pastor Matt will be teaching an 11-week Bible class this summer called God Connects: How to Have a Relationship With God. Whether you already have a relationship with God and want to go deeper, or you’re wondering about where to start, this class is for you!  We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8pm beginning June 3 and going through August 19 (We’ll skip July 22 for VBS). Pastor Matt will teach, lead group discussion, make time for Q&A, and give practical applications for your life. Teens and adults are welcome. As Lord of Life receives its new pastor, we identify with a time of rebuilding.  In the Scripture reading from Nehemiah 4:1-15 and 6:15-16, Israel was rebuilding the wall of Jerusalem after its time of exile.  The people did the “work with all their heart.”

Our prayer is that the people of Lord of Life join together at this time of receiving a new pastor to build upon the work of the past and to “work with all their heart.”

Every day is new and full of opportunity as people of God in Jesus Christ who, through His cross and empty tomb, walks us through the forgiveness of our sin and into eternal life, both now and forevermore.  Let the building commence and continue!
