Many times in life we get frustrated. We don’t understand why things can’t go better, more smoothly, why so many problems.
These frustrations are nothing new. In this Scripture (Habakkuk 1:1-4; 2:1-4), we hear Habakkuk complain against the Lord for all the injustices that he sees before him.
It’s easy to lose hope. But our way of faith looks beyond disillusioning circumstance and trusts that the Lord will prevail for us and all that are His. As it says, “The righteous shall live by faith.” And that faith is in Jesus who set all things right for us in a cross and an empty tomb.
