Lord of Life’s Annual Fall Fest!
Join us on Wed, Oct 26 from 6:30-7:30pm at Lord of Life Church. At Fall Fest, families will enjoy Trunk or Treating from car to car outside as well as fun carnival-style games and prizes inside – all while celebrating God’s great love! So put on a costume and bring your friends and family!

Join us on Sat, April 8 from 10-11:30am to celebrate the miracle of Easter (Jesus’ resurrection!) with some family fun including bounce houses, face painting, music, and of course an egg hunt! The event is FREE and there is NO registration required. Just show up!

Please visit the Operation Christmas Child display in the lobby. You will find information on how you can make a shoebox filled with Christmas gifts for a boy or girl in one of 150 countries around the world. After you have packed your shoeboxes, you can drop them off at Lord of Life Church. Collection week is Sun, Nov 14 through Sun, Nov 21. For more info, contact Dwayne Nelson at (630) 488-2510. Our Awana Clubs meet on Wednesdays from 6-7:30pm during the school year (Sept-April), starting on Wed, Sept 7. We have open enrollment all year long, so please feel free to sign up and join us! We have Cubbies for preschoolers (ages 3-4, must turn 3 by Sept 1st); Sparks for Grades K-2; and Truth & Training for Grades 3-5.
The goal of Awana is reach kids with the Gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. While we have engaging themes and fun games each night, the primary focus is to get the kids into the Bible. By learning key verses we hope to show kids how God is alive and active in their lives each day to bring them closer to Him!
