Don’t Miss the 25th Anniversary Celebration—Next Sunday, Nov 2
During worship on Sun, Nov 2, Lord of Life will celebrate it’s 25th anniversary! To help everyone celebrate this special day, there will be a brunch served at 9am-11:45am. Plus, memorabilia from the past 25 years will be displayed in the Solid Rock Lodge. We will look back with thankfulness and look forward to the future. The Bears have a bye-week that weekend and it’s daylight savings Sunday, so you’ll get an extra hour of sleep! Be sure to join us for this special celebration!

Bless the Illinois Youth Center this Christmas
Lord of Life will go to the Illinois Youth Center (just a few blocks east of the church) to visit the prisoners, deliver cookies and share the gospel message. The date of the visit is Sat, Dec 13 from Noon to 3:30pm. You can help in two ways: bake cookies that will be delivered and/or join the group visiting on Sat, Dec 13. A special clearance form for each volunteer needs to be completed and submitted to the county by Thu, Nov 13. Cookies need to be delivered to the church by Thu, Dec 11. Sign up on the Connection Card during worship. For more info contact Don Martens at donmartens@comcast.net.

Have Fun at Hallelujah Fest—this Wednesday!

It’s all at Heroes Unmasked! Put on a costume and bring your friends and family! Register in the lobby and grab some invitations. There is something that everyone can do to help, from donating candy to decorating your car for the Trunk or Treat; from setting up games to playing the part of a Bible hero.
