The Case for Christ Book Study
The Case for Christ is a journalist’s personal investigation of the evidence for Jesus. Written by Chicago’s own Lee Strobel, we’ll address common arguments people have about Jesus and we’ll be better equipped to share and defend our Christian faith. The books are available for purchase in the lobby and we’ll meet to discuss it together on the dates below. The same content will be discussed twice each month to accommodate schedules—take your pick. Please register to attend the book study on the Connection Card or at lolchurch.net/ministries/biblestudies.

Tuesday Evening Prayer Gathering Road Trip to Chicago Tabernacle
Please join us on Tue, June 6 for a road trip to the Chicago Tabernacle. This road trip will be in lieu of our Tuesday evening Prayer Gathering at Lord of Life. We will spend an evening of worshiping the Lord and seeking His face with our sisters and brothers from the Cicero and Belmont neighborhood of Chicago. Please contact Dwayne Nelson at (630) 488-2510 or dnelsonlol@comcast.net if you want to join our road trip. There will be two caravans leaving from Lord of Life. The first will leave at about 4pm. A separate caravan will leave Lord of Life at about 5:30pm. This group will go directly to the Chicago Tabernacle. Everyone is invited! God will bless you with a fresh wind of His Spirit and a rekindled fire of Christ-like love in your heart.
