Celebrating a “Kingdom-Impacting” First Half of the Year
I just want to take a moment and celebrate with you what God has done through us in the first half of the year. Together we’ve served the poor, the hungry, sent a missionary to Ghana, grown in our faith by studying 1 John, worshipped the Lord through the Psalms and received Christ’s death and resurrection through a “paint and preach” message. (The painting is hanging in the atrium by the way.) We’ve also concluded an 18-month capital campaign that was a huge success and the capital improvement projects are making good progress. In all that we do, may the Lord be glorified as we connect people with Jesus and each other. Thanks for your ongoing commitment to Lord of Life and to our Savior Jesus Christ. Let’s press on and commit our way to the Lord’s will in the second half of 2016!
