Help Donate Items For the Lord of Life Quilters
The Lord of Life quilters visited and gave out gifts at Lifespring, the women’s division of Wayside Cross. We made 28 pairs of mittens for the 17 women and 11 children that currently reside at Wayside Cross. Our next project is making quilts for Lazarus House. We are in need of ecru batting—twin size folded like a blanket from JoAnn’s fabric and white all purpose thread (no quilting or rayon thread) to accomplish this task. If you would like to join our group we meet every Thursday at 9am. You do not need to know how to sew, we have lots of jobs and can teach you how to sew if you desire to learn. For more info please contact Pamela McLane at (630) 879-0989.
