Attend the Five Wishes Workshop on Sun, Apr 19
Why attend Five Wishes Workshop? First, it lets you talk with your family, friends and doctor about how you want to be treated if you become seriously ill. Second, your family members will not have to guess what you want. It protects them if you become seriously ill, because they won’t have to make hard choices without knowing your wishes. Finally, you can know what your mom, dad, spouse, or friend wants. You can be there for them when they need you most. You will understand what they really want. So please plan on attending our workshop on Sun, Apr 19 from 11:30am-1:30pm, where we’ll complete the Five Wishes document. Lunch will be included. Please sign up on the Sunday morning Connection Card. For more info please contact Curt Berg at cberg@lolchurch.net or (630) 513-5325 x131.
