The Highway strategy includes program elements designed for students to build relationships with other students, with adults, and most importantly with Jesus Christ. It’s through these relationships that we achieve the purposes of the Way…to know the Way, grow in the Way, and show others the Way. Jesus is the Way!

PROGRAM ELEMENTS:

NEWSFLASH: Grade Level Promotion
On Sunday, June 6th students advanced to the next grade level in LOL programs.

NO WAFFLES:
Sundays, 10-11:15am in the Preschool Conference Room
Current series: The GOSPEL Journey Maui

HANG OUT:
Sundays, 6-8pm in the Youth Room (unless otherwise specified below)

CONFIRMATION:
Path to a Personal Profession of Faith
Specific expectations include:
*Participation in Basic Training – complete all four sessions (see details below)
*At least 30 days of a personal devotion/Bible study (suggestions can be offered)
*At least 10 hours of ministry involvement or community service (suggestions can be offered)
*Participation in a trip, retreat, or conference (see opportunities below)
*Statement of Faith or Creative Project – to be submitted by the student, approved by the pastor,
and discussed at the interview
*Interview with student, parent(s), director of youth ministries, and pastor

BASIC TRAINING:
Get trained on the basics of Christianity.
9am-12pm one Saturday a month
Meets in the youth room.

Get away to grow.

January 14th-16th
at Kalahari Resort/Indoor Waterpark
& Cascade Mt (near Wisconsin Dells)
