Monthly Food Drive for Elburn Food Pantry
Each month Lord of Life Church will partner with Lord of Life Preschool for a monthly food drive for our own Elburn Food Pantry. To encourage the children in the art of giving they are taking one marble out of the “need” jar and place it in the “give” jar to show their act of giving. We’ll do the same with the two jars in front of the Mission Display Board. Our goal each month will be one item per LOL family or about 205 items. This month (January) we are collecting soup, pasta, rice, beans, canned-soup, Ramen, soup mixes, pastas, rice, beans, etc. If every family brings in just one item, our goal will be reached. Any additional items will help us exceed the goal! Due Date: February 3

Our 5th Thursday Elburn Food Pantry Dinner is coming up fast. We’re having chili, cornbread and dessert on Thursday, January 30. The chili and veggie dish will be provided, but we could use your help either serving or providing cornbread or dessert. Please sign up on your connection card to help. You’re the best!
