A: Music on Sunday morning is best described as positive, upbeat, and God-honoring. Most of our music is Christian praise and worship songs, focused on Jesus, that has been written in the last few years. However, it is not uncommon to hear a good old hymn that is sung in a new and unique way.

Q: What will be expected of me when I visit?
A: The answer is nothing! You are our guest. We desire to show you hospitality, but do not require you to sign anything or to introduce yourself. Remain as anonymous as you like. However, we do invite you to sign a connection card and place it in the offering basket.
Q: Do I need to give an offering?
A: At Lord of Life we believe the offering is an opportunity to honor God with one more part of life, namely our money. We don’t give an offering because we think that God needs our money or because we feel obligated to do so. The Bible tells us that God desires a cheerful giver. If you feel led by God to bring an offering, we would encourage you to do so, and join with us in discovering the blessings of generosity.
Q: Where does the offering go?
A: The first 10% of Lord of Life’s offering is tithed to Christian missionaries, missions, and ministries both locally and globally. Last year Lord of Life gave more that $130,000 to missions. The remainder of the offering goes to support the ongoing ministries of Lord of Life Church to make Jesus know in the Fox Valley Area. This includes funding staff salaries, building mortgage/utilities, and other ministry costs.
